1. Using the service

By creating an account or using StillNotHired, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. LOM Group is the legal operator of StillNotHired. A dedicated support contact will be published when established.

Resume-processing consent and permission to connect or send through a mailbox are separate from accepting these terms. Read the Privacy Policy for information about personal-data processing and your choices.

2. What StillNotHired provides

The service helps you extract a professional profile from a resume, explore suggested roles and recruiters, organize contacts, and prepare messages. Features, provider connections, source coverage, and usage limits may vary by account, region, and availability.

StillNotHired is not an employer, a recruiter acting on your behalf, or a party to an employment agreement. We do not guarantee that a role is open, a person is hiring, a contact will respond, or that you will receive an interview, offer, visa, or work authorization.

Match scores are relevance estimates, not verified assessments of a person's willingness to hire you or predictions of hiring success. Demo names, companies, positions, and scores on the landing page are illustrative.

3. Your account and information

Provide accurate account information, protect your password, and use only accounts and mailboxes you are authorized to control. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not impersonate a candidate, recruiter, employer, or other person.

Upload only your own resume or content you have permission to use and disclose. Review extracted profile facts, employment history, qualifications, contact details, and work authorization. Correct inaccurate content before using it in a search or message.

4. Responsible outreach

Review the recipient, role, subject, message, and attachments before each send. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of communications you authorize. Respect recipient requests to stop contact and applicable rules on unsolicited messages.

Do not use the service for bulk spam, harassment, discrimination, deception, phishing, recruitment scams, or repeated unwanted contact. Do not sell or redistribute professional contact lists or use retrieved data for unrelated marketing.

Email sends depend on your provider's permissions, quotas, and policies. A provider accepting a send does not prove inbox delivery or recipient review. Messages already sent may not be recalled. LinkedIn messaging remains manual and is subject to LinkedIn's own terms.

5. AI assistance and third-party information

AI-generated profiles, matches, and drafts can contain errors or omit context. They are suggestions for your review, not legal, immigration, career, or other professional advice. You decide whether and how to use them.

Recruiter and job information may become outdated, differ across sources, or be unavailable. Check the original source and independently verify the identity of recipients, opening status, and employment terms before relying on them.

External sites, email providers, and AI services have their own terms and policies. Their logos or links do not imply that they endorse StillNotHired or guarantee its results.

6. Acceptable use and security

Do not bypass access controls, rate limits, or consent requirements; probe accounts without authorization; upload malware; interfere with the service; or extract another person's private information.

Do not upload government identification numbers, financial credentials, passport scans, full birth dates, or content that infringes privacy, intellectual-property, or other rights. Do not use the product for unlawful employment practices.

We may limit or suspend activity reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or a material breach of these terms. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

7. Your content and product rights

You retain ownership of your resume, profile information, and original messages. You grant only the rights needed to store, process, display to you, and transmit that content as required for the features you request and authorize, subject to the Privacy Policy.

StillNotHired's software, branding, and original interface are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited right to use the service for your personal lawful job search; no ownership of the software or third-party data is transferred.

AI output may not be unique, and rights in it depend on applicable law and the underlying content. These terms do not grant you rights to another person's copyrighted or confidential material.

8. Availability, changes, and charges

We may improve, change, limit, or discontinue features, including where a data source or external provider changes its service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, fixed source coverage, or indefinite storage. Export information you need to retain.

Creating an account does not by itself authorize a charge. If paid features are introduced, the price, billing terms, and applicable cancellation or refund conditions will be presented for your agreement before purchase.

9. Ending use and deleting an account

You can stop using the service at any time, disconnect email, or delete your account in Settings. Export needed records before deletion. Deletion is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and does not remove messages already received by someone else.

After termination, authorization to use the service ends. Provisions necessary by their nature, including ownership, lawful retention, responsibility for prior activity, and applicable limitations, continue to the extent permitted by law.

10. Service limitations and your legal rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an as-available basis without promises of employment results, uninterrupted operation, or error-free third-party information. You remain responsible for decisions and messages you choose to make.

To the extent permitted by law, StillNotHired is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including missed employment opportunities, or for independent conduct of employers, recruiters, and external providers.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including fraud, intentional misconduct, or other mandatory obligations. Nothing waives non-excludable consumer, privacy, or employment rights. Applicable mandatory law and competent courts remain available; these terms impose no mandatory arbitration or exclusive foreign forum.

11. Changes and questions

The revision date identifies this version. Material changes will be communicated through the service before they apply, with additional agreement where required by law. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued mandatory rights.

Account, connection, export, and deletion controls are available in Settings. A dedicated support channel remains to be established and will be added here.
